Generally most IE browsers are set to "Open and view" an image file. If your browser is configured this way it will attempt to open the image in your browser instead of downloading the file - this will take a REALLY long time. Instead you MUST right click and select "Save Target As", "Save As", or "Copy to Folder" depending on your browser type.
